摘要 为了探索采用热丝TIG堆焊方法在X65钢管内壁堆焊Incoloy825的焊接工艺,系统地研究并分析了焊接过程中所产生的弧坑、下淌、氧化、钨极烧损、钨极粘有异物、焊丝指向性不好、熔池边缘有红色氧化物等堆焊过程所产生的问题。研究结果表明,钨极角度和氩气流量均不能过多,否则焊接过程中会卷入空气,导致焊缝氧化;送丝管的清理以及送丝位置对焊缝成形有较大影响;另外,由于焊接过程中的热积累效应会使焊道氧化,严重时会影响焊缝成形。 In order to explore welding technology of adopting hot wire TIG surfacing to conduct Incoloy825 surfacing in X65 grade steel pipe inner wall, it systematically researched and analyzed some problems occurred in surfacing process, such as crater, drip, oxidation, tungsten electrode burning, tungsten electrode with foreign body, welding wire directivity is bad, red oxide exist in molten pool edge and so on. The results indicated that the angle of tungsten electrode and argon gas flow are not too much, otherwise the weld will be oxidized by involved in air oxidation during welding process; wire feeding tube cleaning and wire feeding position greatly affect weld forming. In addition, the heat accumulation effect can make weld pass oxidation during welding process, it will affect weld forming in severe case.
