摘要
为了研究凹陷缺陷对输气管道强度的影响,以X70级准610 mm×7.1 mm输气管道为例,通过有限元软件ANSYS针对凹陷缺陷对内压管道的受力状况进行了分析。分析结果表明,凹陷深度对内压管道承载能力影响最大。同时对不同距离的双重凹陷缺陷对内压天然气管道的峰值应力的影响规律进行了研究。研究结果表明,距离大于300 mm的两个凹陷之间无相互作用。
In this paper, in order to research the effect of sunken defects on the strength of gas pipeline, taking X70 grade φ610 mm×7.1 mm gas pipeline as example, the finite element software ANSYS was used to analyze the force condition on intrinsic pressure pipeline caused from sunken defects. The result showed that the effect of sunken depth on intrinsic pressure pipeline carrying capacity is maximum. In addition the influence rule of double sunken defects with different distances on intrinsic pressure gas pipeline peak stress was investigated. The result showed that no interaction exists between two sunken defects when the distance is greater than 300 mm.
