摘要
对炼油化工装置安装和检修过程中,采用氩电联焊焊接新旧材质时产生气孔的原因进行了分析,指出母材杂质超标、工器具部件老化、环境空气潮湿且流动大、操作不当等因素是导致焊接气孔产生的根本原因。同时对导致气孔的影响因素进行了详细分析,提出了对应预防及处理措施,即减少母材杂质进入熔合区域、作业之前检查维护工器具及规范操作等。这些措施经某炼油厂现场施工论证,一次合格率保持在97.5%以上。
In this article, in view of the porosity occurred in petroleum refining device installation and maintenance by using argon-electric combined welding technology to weld new and old material, it analyzed the causes. It pointed the primary reasons caused welding porosity, including base metal impurities exceeding standard, tool components ageing, environment air humid and flow, improper operation etc. Meanwhile, it detailedly analyzed the above influence factors, and put forward the corresponding prevention and treatment measures, such as check and maintence instruments before operation, standardization operation etc. These measures were validated by site operation in some oil refinery, a qualified rate kept more than 97.5%.
