摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备低钴三元正极材料Li NiXCoYMn1-X-YO2(X=0.2,0.3,0.4,0.5,0.6;Y=0.1,0.2),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和电化学性能测试对样品的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,Li Ni0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2层状结构良好,颗粒粒径较小且分布均匀,该样品具有最好的电化学性能,首次放电比容量可达146.2 m Ah/g,循环20次后放电比容量可达111.7 m Ah/g。
The samples with lower content of cobalt LiNiXCoYMn(1-X-Y)O2 (X=0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6; Y=0.1,0.2) were synthesized by sol-gel method and characterized by XRD, SEM and electrochemical performance testing in the voltage range of 2.5-4.3 V. The results show that the sample Li Ni0.4Co0.2Mn0.4O2 has a prefect layered structure, smaller particle size, uniformly distribution and the best electrochemical performance compared to other samples. The first discharge capacity is up to 146.2 mAh/g and 111.7 mAh/g after 20 cycles.
