摘要
牵引电池组在轨交列车出现供电等故障时承担牵引地铁作用,所以对牵引电池组的管理尤为重要。为解决电池组运行时的电荷状态,电池状态和故障预警的问题,设计出一种满足输出电压1 075.2 V电池组的管理系统。该系统采用改进的Ah计量法,充放电状态管理和预警管理等模块,并根据每一部分的特点和需求设计了合适的控制策略。对电池组管理系统(BMS)各项功能作了分析和设计,以952国产A车做了相关试验。试验结果表明,所设计的电池组管理系统具有较好的管理性能,达到荷电状态(SOC)估算优化,充放电状态和故障预警实时管理。
When power supply failure happens on rail train, subway is pulled by traction battery. Therefore, the management of the traction battery is particularly important. In order to solve the charge state of battery run time, battery state and fault early warning problems, a management system of 1 075.2 V battery was designed. The improved Ah computation, charge and discharge state management and warning management module were used. Appropriate control strategy was designed according to the characteristics of each part and demand. Various functions of the battery management system (BMS) were analyzed and designed, and the experiment was done on the 952 domestic rail train. The experiment results show that the design of battery management system has excellent management performance and optimizes SOC, realizing real-time management of charge and discharge state and fault early warning.
