摘要
大量电力电子装置的使用以及风能、太阳能等的波动性而产生的电力谐波使得分布式电源并网后将不可避免地影响电网的电能质量,严重干扰双向互动电能计量的准确性。因此,研究基于Nuttall自卷积窗频谱校正的谐波电能计量方法,并将其在嵌入式系统中实现有重大理论与应用价值。在该方法的基础上,设计的新型三相电能表有效地解决了谐波用户向非谐波用户及电网转嫁谐波电能费率的问题。
The quality of electric energy is affected and the accuracy of bidirectional interaction of electric energy measurement as the extensive use of power electronic device and the power harmonic produced by wind and solar energy is greatly interference by distributed power source. Therefore,the study based on the spectrum correction of Nuttall self convolution window has great theoretical value and application value in measuring power harmonic and accomplishing it in embedded system. Based on the foundation of this method, the harmonic electric power Premium rate problem was efficiently solved by the design of the new three-phase electric energy meter, and the expenses of passing on non harmonic users and power grid were taken by the harmonic users.
