基于生态取向的外语教师学习特征研究

摘要 学校是教师生活和工作的主要生态场域,学生和课程是教师最为直接的互动对象,因此基于课程和学生需求的教师学习应该是真正能够驱动教师自觉学习的主要动力.在与实践基地五位英语教师的合作指导过程中,观察了他们的学习方式,通过进一步地访谈发现,基于学生需求的外语教师学习体现了生态取向的教师学习特点:自主性、适切性和可持续发展性. School is the main ecological site for teachers to live and work .Students and curriculum are directly connected with teachers’ self‐development .Therefore ,what students and related curriculum demand has naturally become a main drive for teachers to learn further .In the course of co‐operating with five secondary school English teachers ,and through observing and interviewing these teachers afterwards ,we find that foreign language teacher learning takes on such ecological features as follows:autonomy ,appropriateness and sustainable development .
