外语类大学生就业能力提升的路径思考——以昭通学院为例

Reflection on Paths to Improve Employability of College Students Majoring in Foreign Languages in Zhaotong University

昭通学院外语专业学生就业究其原因,主要是受制于地方社会需求、毕业生选择职业的单一以及就业能力不足.其中就业能力的强弱直接关系到学生就业的数量和质量,是昭通学院外语类大学毕业生就业的关键性因素.本文在探究昭通学院外语类大学生就业能力要素构成的基础上,以自制问卷形式对学生就业能力的现状进行调研,提出促进昭通学院外语类大学生就业能力的教育策略.

The employment of college students majoring in foreign languages in Zhaotong University is mainly restricted by social demand in the local place ,single career choice of the graduate and their insufficientemployability .Among them ,employability directly determines the quantity and quality of college students’employment ,and it is the key factor that decides the employment of college students majoring in foreign languages in Zhaotong University .On the basis of exploring components of the employability of college students majoring in foreign languages in Zhaotong University ,the paper investigates into the current situation of college students’ employability in the form of self -designed questionnaire and comes up with educational strategies to improve the employability of college students majoring in foreign languages in Zhaotong University .
