摘要
研究明胶靶标的物理性能与温度关系,由于明胶靶标在创伤实验的准备过程中,温度与实验环境温度之间的温差会导致明胶靶标内部温度场变化发生,进而影响创伤实验结果的准确性和稳定性。为分析性能,利用有限元软件ANSYS的热分析软件对明胶靶标吸热过程的温度场进行了仿真,计算获得了某一时刻明胶靶标各布置点的温度场分布及变化规律,通过温度测量实验对其进行了验证,结果表明数值仿真结果与实测结果符合。通过仿真分析,获得了不同时间的吸热后的明胶靶标过质心的正截面上的温度分布,为获得明胶靶标的准确分布提供了重要参考。
The physical properties of gelatin target have great relationship with its temperature. The temperature difference between gelatin target temperature and the room temperature may cause the inner temperature fields of gelatin target change, and further influence the accuracy and stability of the experimental results. In this paper, the endothermic process temperature field of the gelatin target was analyzed with thermal analysis module of ANSYS program, the temperature distribution and the laws of temperature change at each layout point were obtained, and the temperature measurement experiment was conducted to verify the ANSYS model. The verification results show that calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental data. Through the simulations, the temperature distribution on the section through the mass center at different endothermic time was obtained, which supplies an important reference for preparing gelatin targets.
