摘要
研究补给船液货补给方案决策优化问题,影响方案决策的因素很多,液货量的变化也时刻影响着船舶自身的稳定性、强度等状态,是一种多属性优化问题。传统的决策方法是决策者依靠自己的经验以及船舶装载手册进行主观选择,耗费时间并且容易出错。提高补给作业的智能化同时能够保障编队的安全成为目前急需解决的问题。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种采用TOPSIS逼近理想解排序法的补给方案快速决策方法,通过加权法确定决策目标函数,采用补给船自身的横倾角d、纵倾值t以及初稳性高GM的目标值为约束条件,最终建立液货补给决策的数学模型,利用TOPSIS法对所有补给方案进行理想解的计算直到得到最优的几种方案。通过对实际补给案列的数值仿真计算,验证了方法的可行性,为船舶海上液货补给方案的制定提供了可靠的参考。
A quick decision-making method based on TOPSIS (Technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution) theory is presented. The decision objective function is determined by weighting decisions, using heel- ing angle α, trim value t and high initial stability target value GM of ship itself as constraints. The liquid cargo replenishment mathematical model is established and TOPSIS method is used to calculate the ideal program for all replenishment programs until the optimal solution is obtained. Through numerical simulation of the actual replenishment demand, the result verifies the feasibility of this method and provides a reliable reference in making replenishment programs.
