摘要
利用SSR分子标记技术对两系杂交稻"广两优7203"及其父母本的多态性引物进行了筛选,对种子纯度进行了鉴定。结果表明:在24对SSR引物中有1对引物(RM224)在广两优7203及其双亲之间表现为稳定的共显性且能将杂交种及其亲本完全区分开。利用筛选的引物RM224对广两优7203的种子进行纯度鉴定,鉴定结果与田间鉴定结果基本一致。
The polymorphic primers of two-fine hybrid rice "Guangliangyou 7203" and its parents were screened by using sim- ple sequence repeat (SSR) molecular markers, and the seed purity of Guangliangyou 7203 was identified. The results showed that: among 24 pairs of SSR primers, one pair of primer (RM224) presented a stable co-dominance between Guangliangyou 7203 and its parents, and RM224 could completely distinguish this hybrid from its parents. RM224 was used to identify the seed purity of Guan- gliangyou 7203, and the identification result was basically agreed with the field identification result.
