用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定烟叶中矿物质元素 被引量:2

Determination of Mineral Elements in Tobacco Leaf by Inductively Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了烟叶样品中的钾、钙、铁、锰、铜、锌等矿质元素的含量。结果表明:此方法的检测限低,为0.002-0.004μg/mL;精密度高,相对标准偏差≤3.0%;准确率高,加标回收率在98%以上;标准物质对比分析的相对误差为1.08%~2.61%。 The contents of some mineral elements (potassium, calcium, iron, manganese, copper and zinc) in tobacco leaf samples were determined by adopting inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The results showed that: the detection limit of this measurement method was low, being 0.002~ 0.004 mg/L; its precision was high, and relative stand- ard deviation was equal to or less than 3.0% ; its accuracy was high, and standard-adding recovery was more than 98% ; the relative error varied from 1.08% to 2.61% in the contrastive analysis of tobacco leaf samples and standard substances.
