中草药浸出液体外杀灭刺激隐核虫的效果

Killing Effect of Chinese Herbal Leachate on Cryptocaryon irritans in vitro

刺激隐核虫是一种严重危害海水鱼类的寄生虫,研究了18种中草药浸出液在体外对激隐核虫幼虫和包囊的杀灭效果,结果表明:辣椒和槟榔的杀虫效果最好,辣椒和槟榔在浓度为1 g/L时杀死全部刺激隐核虫幼虫所用的时间分别为(5.3±0.6)min和(16.0±1.7)min;大蒜、生姜、蛇床子、百部、川楝子、苦参、乌梅、大黄、枳壳的杀虫效果较弱,在浓度为50g/L时才能够在30 min内杀死全部刺激隐核虫幼虫;而牵牛子、贯众、黄柏、茯苓、荆芥、熟地黄、鹤虱没有杀虫效果。

Cryptocaryon irritans is a parasite that seriously threats marine fishes. The objective of this study is to select Chinese herbals that can effectively kill C. irritans. We chose 18 kinds of Chinese herbals, and studied the killing effects of their leachate on the larvae and cysts of C. irritans in vitro. Pepper had the best insecticidal effect, followed by areca, and the time for killing all lar- vae of C. irritans by 1 g/L pepper or 1 g/L areca was （5.3±0.6） min or （16.0±1.7） min respectively. Garlic, ginger, cnidium, Radix stemonae, toosendan, sophora, dark plum, rhubarb, and fructus aurantii presented weaker insecticidal effects, and they at the concentration of 50 g/L could kill all larvae of C. irritans within 30 min. Kaladana, Cyrtomiumfortunei, golden cypress, poria, nepeta, rehmannia, and cape wind had no insecticidal effect.
