摘要
通过Dempster-Shafer证据理论(简称D-S证据理论)捕捉选址过程中决策信息的不确定性,通过区间数刻画影响选址因素属性的认知程度,建立基于区间D-S证据理论的物流中心选址决策模型。该模型有效地解决了不确定性和多属性对决策者在选址过程中产生的困扰,从而使得决策更具有科学性、合理性。最后,通过C#语言给出物流中心选址方案的可视化,阐述模型的可操作性。
This paper proposed a logistics distribution center optimal location model through the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory to capture the uncertainty of the decision-making information in the process of location and by interval number to descript the cognition degree of the location' s factors attributions. This model could solve effectively uncertainty and multiple attributes for decision makers in the process of logistics distribution center location, so as to make the decision-making more scientific and reasonable. Finally,it gave a visualization of logistics distribution center location selection through the C# language, and illustrated the operability of the model.
