SISCOM成像术在难治性癫痫致痫灶定位中的研究进展

摘要 发作期单光子计算机断层减影与核磁共振融合成像术(SISCOM成像术)是一种新兴的神经影像学检查方法。SISCOM成像术作为一种多模态检查,结合了结构影像学和功能影像学的优势,在难治性癫痫致痫灶定位中表现出重要价值。本文主要对SISCOM在难治性癫痫致痫灶定位中的影响因素和临床价值做一综述。 Subtraction ictal single-photon emission computed tomography coregistered to MRI(SISCOM) is a recently developed neuro-imaging method.As a multi-model imaging,SISCOM plays an important role in locating the epileptogenic focus of intractable epilepsy,which combines the advantages of anatomical imaging and functional imaging.This review focuses on the clinical effectiveness and influence factors in locating the epileptogenic focus.
