寰枢椎后路内固定技术发展及其生物力学评价

摘要 寰枢椎脱位的手术治疗方法有经前路、侧路及后路固定。侧路方法少,后路操作简单且显露时较为容易。随着技术的不断成熟,寰枢椎后路内固定的方法也由传统的Brooks法和Gallie法发展到Magerl术再进一步到螺钉固定术。本文主要介绍寰枢椎后路内固定的治疗方法,并用生物力学因素评价各种方法的优缺点。 The surgical treatment of AAD can be through anterior,lateral and posterior to moor the vertebra.It is easy to have an operation through the posterior and expose.As the technology becomes more and more mature,the posterior atlanto-axial fixation has developed from Brooks and Gallie to Margerl and even to screw fixation now.The passage is going to talk about the posterior atlanto-axial fixation and use Biomechanical factor to value the advantages and disadvantages of them.
