高值植入性耗材临床应用管理系统建设与应用

Construction and Application of a Clinical Application Management System for Expensive Intervention Consumables

为进一步加强心内科植介入类医用耗材管理,促进其合理使用,我院通过"制度+科技"的手段,建成高值植入性耗材临床应用全过程追踪管理系统。本文阐述通过遴选,建立高值介入类耗材的目录和导管室耗材"二级库"管理模式,实现高值植入性耗材的目录遴选准入、计划采购领用、临床申请使用及合理评价控制等4个环节的全程集中管理。

Through establishment of institutional systems and application of technology,a fullprocess tracing management system was constructed for clinical application of expensive intervention consumables in the hospital,which was intended to further enhance the cardiology intervention consumable management and promote its reasonable use.Establishment of a catalog for expensive intervention consumables and the secondary storehouse management mode for the consumables in the catheter room through selection was expounded in this paper.As a consequence,full-process management of the expensive intervention consumable from 4 aspects were realized,covering its selection and approval for entry into the catalog,planned procurement and utilization,application for clinical utilization as well as reasonable assessment and control.
