医疗设备采购的科学决策是现代化医院管理一个重要组成部分。科学的经济论证方法是医疗设备采购计划决策的关键环节。本文阐述了5个常用的经济效益分析方法的基本原理,分析了在不同条件下实施医疗设备购置计划时的适用方法,讨论了每种方法的优缺点,提出医院制定医疗设备采购计划时应该采用多种经济分析方法进行综合决策。

The scientific decision-making of medical equipment procurement is an important part of modern hospital management.Scientific economic demonstration methods serve as the key of medical equipment procurement planning and decision-making.This paper described the basic principles of the five common economic analysis methods.Then,it analyzed the applicable method of medical equipment purchasing plans under different conditions,and discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each method.Finally,a variety of economic analysis methods were suggested to be used for development and decision-making of medical equipment procurement plans in the hospital.
