五味子木脂素微胶囊抗疲劳功效的研究

Study on the Fatigue Resistance Effect of Lignans Microencapsulation of Schisandrae

本研究按照国家卫生计生委抗疲劳保健食品动物实验评价标准,经口给予小鼠五味子木脂素微胶囊1.5、3.0、4.5g/kg,连续灌胃30d,对小鼠进行负重游泳实验,并测定游泳后小鼠中血清尿素氮、肝糖原和血乳酸含量。实验结果表明,五味子木脂素微胶囊能明显延长小鼠负重游泳时间,减少血清尿素氮的产生,提高肝糖原储备量,减少血乳酸的产生,各实验组与对照组之间具有极显著性差异。证明五味子木脂素微胶囊对小鼠具有明显的抗疲劳作用。

According to the fatigue resistance health care food animal test evaluation criteria of the National Hygiene Department,mice are fed with lignans microencapsulation of schisandrae 1.5g/kg,3.0g/kg,4.5g/kg through their mouths,and given gavage for 30 days,tested by weight loaded swimming,and after swimming the serum urea nitrogen,liver glycogen and blood lactic acid content were determined and the test results show that lignans microencapsulation of schisandrae can significantly prolong the mice loaded swimming time,reduce serum urea nitrogen,enhance the liver glycogen reserves,and reduce blood lactic acid.The experimental group and the control group were significantly different. It is proved that the lignans microencapsulation of schisandrae had obvious anti-fatigue effect on the mice.
