丽水市区孕妇25-羟维生素D检测结果分析 被引量:6

Detection results of 25-hydroxyl vitamin D in pregnant women and its analysis in Lishui

摘要 目的通过大量数据分析,以充分了解本市区孕妇25-羟维生素D所处的水平。方法随机选取2013年1月-2014年11月来本院就诊的健康孕妇4 666例(除高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤及心血管疾病等病史之外),年龄为(22-35)岁,分别在孕早期、孕中期、孕晚期时空腹采集静脉血3 ml,并要求2 h内离心分离血清,当天上机检测血清25-羟维生素D。结果早孕妇女25-羟维生素D水平处于整个孕期的低谷,中孕、晚孕后25-羟维生素D水平有所提升。这与早检查、早发现、早干预是密不可分的。结论妊娠期妇女普遍存在维生素D缺乏,本次调查为合理补充维生素D提供了科学依据,有效避免了25-羟维生素D缺乏对胎儿的影响。 Objective Through a large number of data analysis,to fully understand the 25- hydroxyl vitamin D levels in pregnant women of this city. Methods From January 2013 to November 2013,4 666 healthy pregnant women to our hospital were randomly selected( except the one with hypertension diabetes cancer and cardiovascular disease,etc),in the age of 22- 35 years old,3 ml fasting venous blood was collected at the early,mid and late pregnancy state respectively,and centrifugal separation was performed to get serum within 2 hours,meanwhile,to detect serum 25- hydroxyl vitamin D. Results 25- hydroxy vitamin D levels of early pregnant women is low in the whole pregnancy,in the middle and late pregnancy,25- hydroxy vitamin D levels improved,which was close related to the early examination,detection and intervention. Conclusion The lack of vitamin D is common in pregnant women,this investigation is to provide scientific basis for the reasonable supply vitamin D,to avoid the fetal effects on the fetus for the lack of 25- hydroxy vitamin D.
