摘要
目前高膛压火炮普遍采用自紧身管,为确定实际使用中自紧身管表面出现压坑以及残余应力消退后身管的强度,文中给出针对这两种情况的身管断面强度计算公式,计算了某自紧身管在内外径精加工和应力消退后身管全长上的强度曲线,为自紧身管的实际使用提供了依据。
Now autofrettaged tubes are applied in high pressure guns widely. To obtain autofrettaged tube's actual strength after occurring tube surface press pits and tube wall residual stress relief, this paper provides the relevant tube section stress computational formulas, and figures out certain gun autofrettaged tube overall length strength curves after fine machining of inner and outer diameter and tube wall residual stress relief. The research provides references for using autofrettaged tube.
