某发动机导向叶片表面积碳去除工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 表面渗铝处理有效提高了某型航空发动机导向叶片的抗热腐蚀性能,在使用后其表面出现了积碳覆着层,但由于渗铝层的存在增加了去除积碳的难度。针对此问题开展了干吹砂、液体吹砂、超声波清洗、振动光饰等去除积碳工艺试验,通过对比分析试件外观、色质以及金相等检查结果,表明压力0.5 MPa、时间1 min的液体吹砂方法去除积碳效果好,对产品质量无影响,可作为去除该产品表面积碳的工艺。 Aluminized coating can improve the ability of anti-corrosion for guide blade of an aero-engine. Carbon deposition will occur during the using process. Anyway, it is difficult to be removed because of the existence ofaluminized coating. For solving the problem, a lot of feasible tests such as dry sand blasting, liquid sand blasting, ultrasonic cleaning and vibration burnish, are carried out. According to comparing the results of aspects, color and metallurgical test, it is proved that the liquid sand biasing with 0.5MPa pressure and lmin time will get the best effect on the removal of carbon deposition. The technique can be taken as the carbon deposition renmval process for an aero- engine.
