摘要
采用金相显微镜、硬度试验计等,对产生裂纹的零件进行高倍、低倍、硬度等试验分析,找出了零件裂纹产生的原因。与此同时,进行创新热处理工艺试验,杜绝了生产过程产生裂纹的现象,为企业创造了较大的经济效益。
Melallograllhic microscope and hardness tester are used to observe and atmlyze tile reason of crack at low and high magnification, l leat treatment process innovation experiment is carried out to eliminate the phenomenon of crack in production. The innovalion brings bettletter economic benefits for the enterprise.
