现阶段我国城市社区治理存在政府边界不清、社会协同不够等问题,很大程度上制约了城市社区治理法治化的深入发展。新时期我们需要尽快完善相关法律制度,不断提升基层干部的依法执政和依法行政能力,探索城市社区治理法治化的中国式道路。

At the present stage,the problems such as the government boundary of the urban community govern- ance in our country and inadequent social cooperation still exist. In the new period,we need to improve the rele- vant legal system as soon as possible, and constantly improve the administrative ability of the law and the law of the urban community governance in China.
