摘要
旨在解决如何运用计算机精确反映与实物齿轮相一致的模型,提出了一种建模方法。以切齿原理为理论基础,布尔运算为主要实现方法,商用三维软件CATIA及VBA宏的二次开发为建模平台,简述了齿轮啮合时互为共轭齿廓曲线的形成机理,给出了基本切齿流程及部分源码,最后通过研究圆柱齿轮的计算机建模,分析该模型的根切、变位及公法线误差,验证了该方法的正确性。建模过程可为复杂齿轮的建模提供一种便捷、实用的方法,模型可为后续齿轮的仿真模拟及分析研究奠定理论基础。
A modeling method is proposed to establish a computer model which can precisely anti identically reflect the real gear. Based on gear cutting principle, Boolean operations and CATIA VBA macros are used to build model. This paper describes formation mechanism of gear meshing process tooth profile conjugate curve, gear cutting procedure and some source codes. The spur gears model is used to study the undercutting, modification and deviation of normal line. And the conectness of the method is verified. The modeling process can provide a convenient and practical method for complex gear modeling, and can provide reference for the subsequent simulation and analysis of gear simulation.
