公益性社会组织参与社区治理是完善基层治理机制、实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求。结合嵌入理论视角,从政策嵌入、结构嵌入、关系嵌入和认知嵌入四个维度,探索公益性社会组织有效参与社区治理的运行机制。

The public welfare social organizations to participate in community governance is the necessary re- quirement to improve the grass -roots governance mechanism, realize the national governance system and gov- ernance capacity modernization. From the perspective of embedded theory, from the four dimensions of policy embedding, structure embedding, relational embedding and cognition embedding, the operating mechanism of public welfare social organizations to participate in community governance is explored.
