摘要
弹簧的固有频率决定了整个弹簧系统的稳定性。利用三维软件UG进行实体模型的建立导入,并运用Workbench软件对模型进行有限元求解。以组合并联型与单片整体型波形弹簧为研究对象,对具有相同材料力学性能参数的两种不同类型的波形弹簧进行模态分析。通过对波形弹簧的数值仿真,并对两种仿真结果进行对比,得到了相同工作条件下组合并联型与单片整体型波形弹簧的固有频率的数据对比。为不同情况下弹簧种类的选择提供一定参考。
The stability of the entire spring system is determined by the natural frequency of the spring. UG is threedimensional software which is used to establish the entity model, and Workbench is used to complete the finite element analysis. Shunt cluster spring and single-integrated wave spring are two diftrent wave springs which have the same material mechanical properties parameters. Simulation results are analyzed to get the comparative data of natural frequency for two wave springs through the numerical simulation. The comparative data can provide reference for the selection of the two wave springs.
