摘要 为了确定某型炮闩故障发生时机,将虚拟样机技术应用到故障研究中,对由挡弹机构零件磨损造成的抽筒故障进行仿真分析。依据挡弹机构的结构动作分析了抽筒故障发生的机理;而后基于Pro/E和ADAMS建立了炮闩的虚拟样机和故障模型,通过将不同层面的故障模式注入样机中来进行抽筒过程仿真,得到了抽筒故障发生的时机为挡弹机构零件磨损3.45 mm。仿真结果为零件寿命预测与故障预防提供了依据。 In order to confirm the opportunity of fault occur-rence in some breechblock, the virtual prototype is applied to fault research. The simulation analysis of drawing out cartridge fault caused by parts wear of shell stop mechanism is carried out.According to the action of shell stop mechanism, the fault mechanism is analyzed. The viltual prototype model of breechblock and fault models are established based on the software of Pro/E and ADAMS. Then the fault under different levels is injected in the prototype, and the process of drawing out cartridge is simulated. The opportunity of fault occurrence is ottained. The parts wear of shell stop mechanism is 3.45 mm. The result will provide reference for forecasting parts life and preventing fault.
