摘要
利用Excel作为Solid Works的参数化设计引擎,在系列化零件的基础上建立设计夹具的计算公式,驱动参数直接生成夹具模型。以汽车涡轮增压器的中间体零件为例说明参数化设计的意义,对整个操作过程进行了简要说明。
By using Excel as the parametric design engine of SolidWorks, the formulas for fixture are established based on the serial parts. Taking the turbocharger intermediates as example, the importance of parametric design during the fixture design is explained, and the whole operation process is described.
