摘要
为研究小鼠在急性热应激条件下肺组织中几种热应激蛋白(heat shock proteins,HSPs)及一些细胞因子基因表达水平的变化情况,通过实时荧光定量PCR的方法检测小鼠急性热应激前后肺组织中HSP27、HSP60、HSP70、HSP90、HSP110及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、β干扰素(IFN-β)及γ干扰素(IFN-γ)的mRNA水平变化情况。结果显示,所有检测的热应激蛋白和细胞因子在热应激后0 h至2h过程中均极显著升高(P<0.01),到4 h时恢复到正常水平。此试验结果为揭示急性热应激提高机体的抗病能力提供有价值的资料。
The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of several heat shock proteins(HSPs) and cytokines under the condition of acute heat stress in a mouse model.The changes of heat shock proteins(HSP27,HSP60,HSF70,HSP90 and HSP110)and cytokines(IL-6,IL-17,TNF-α,IFN-β and IFN-γ)before and after heat stress in the lung were determined by the method of RT-PCR on mRNA level.The results showed that the expression of the HSPs and cytokines were up-regulated after acute heat stress.These results will provide valuable information for the study of the protective roles of acute heat stress.
