摘要
将24只雄性SD大鼠(体重130±5 g)随机分成对照组、铅处理组、镉处理组和铅镉联合处理组。结果联合染毒组降低了日增重;增加了睾丸体重比、肾脏体重比,其作用介于单独作用之间,但肝脏体重比高于单独作用组。联合染毒组中血清T-SOD和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)显著增加(P<0.05)、ALT、CREA的水平显著降低(P<0.05),AST、LDH、ALP的水平有所降低(P>0.05)。联合作用使睾丸匀浆中TNOS、iNOS、T-SOD和丙二醛(MDA)水平显著升高(P<0.05),睾丸抑制羟自由基能力显著降低(P<0.05)、睾丸匀浆中GSH-Px的活力有所降低(P>0.05),其作用介于单独作用之间。联合染毒组降低大鼠精子总数、顶体完整率(P<0.05),但增加了畸形率(P<0.05),其作用介于单组染毒组之间。铅镉联合处理组作用对大鼠生殖功能有拮抗效应。
Twenty-four SD male rats(125-135 g) were randomly divided into four groups(n=6 per group).Rat daily gain of the combined exposure group was significantly decreased.However,testis weight ratio and kidney weight ratio of the combined exposure group was significantly increased,which were more than those of the Pb exposure group,but less than those of the Cd exposure group.And liver weight ratio of the combined exposure group was the highest.Inaddition.SOD and GSH-PX in serum of the combined exposure group was significantly increased(P〈0.05);the level of ALT and CUE was significantly decreased(P〈0.05),while the level of AST,LDH,and ALP was decreased slighdy(P〉0.05).In the combined exposure group,the level of TNOS,iNOS,T-SOD,and MDA in testis homogenates was significantly increased(P〈0.05);the capacity of inhibiting the hydroxyl radicals in testis was also significantly reduced(P〈0.05).However,the vitality of GSH-PX in testis homogenates was reduced slightly(P〉0.05),ranging between the single exposure groups.The total number of sperm and the proportion of acrosome integrity of combined exposure group was significantly decreased(P〈0.05),but the malformation rate was significantly increased(P〈0.05).which ranged between single exposure groups.The combined treatment of lead and cadmium has antagonistic effects on reproductive function in male rats.
