摘要
目的为胸骨甲状肌的临床应用提供形态学资料。方法大体解剖法、肌构筑法、改良Sihler′s染色法。结果 1胸骨甲状肌肌重(6.54±0.46)g,肌长(7.06±0.64)cm,肌纤维长(3.22±0.42)cm,羽状角0°,肌生理横切面积(1.92±0.18)cm2;2支配胸骨甲状肌的神经来自颈袢神经发出的2条一级上、下神经分支从肌外侧入肌,神经分支入肌后分别发出数条次级分支,呈树枝样分布于肌中部和下部。结论 1胸骨甲状肌倾向速度型设计;2胸骨甲状肌肌内神经密集区位于肌中部。
Objective This survey was made to investigate reveal morphologic features of human sternothyroid for clinical application.Methods Modified Sihler′s staining,muscle architecture method,gross anatomy method were used.Results It was found in all specimens that muscle weight was(6.54±0.46)g,muscle fiber length was(3.22±0.42)cm,and physiologic cross sectional area was(1.92±0.18)cm2.The nerves of the sternothyroid were mainly derived from the ansa cervical,and it divided into 2branches,which of the upper and lower nerve ran respectively into the muscle from the lateral.Conclusion(1)Sternothyroid is planus in human,implying a design towards high speed production;(2)In the middle parts of the sternothyroid muscle with independent innervations.
