摘要
针对技术成熟度在我国的应用尚不成熟,指标权重难以合理确定的问题,结合战术导弹的系统组成结构建立了战术导弹技术成熟度评价指标体系,并提出了一种基于高维云模型的技术成熟度评价方法,构建了用于4~9级评价的高维云模型,通过仿真得到总体技术成熟度等级。某新型战术导弹研制过程中的应用算例验证了该方法的有效性。该方法对开展技术成熟度管理工作具有一定借鉴意义。
Since the application of Technology Readiness Levels in China is not mature with difficulty in reasonably determine index weight,an index system was created according to the structure of tactical missile system for TRL evaluation and a method for TRL evaluation based on high dimension cloud model was put forward. The model for TRL4 ~ 9 obtained the TRL value of the whole machine by means of simulation. An example of a new tactical missile in development proved effectiveness of the method in application. This method provides a reference for Technology Readiness Levels management.
