摘要
研究采用视频分析和力量测试的运动生物力学方法,通过对比和分析叶诗文与部分世界级女子混合泳运动员的转身技术参数,获取了女子混合泳世界级运动员转身技术特点以及发展趋势。在总结和分析这些信息的基础上,对叶诗文在训练中如何改进和优化转身技术提出建议。
The research applies sport biomechanics methods, i. e. strength testing and video analysis. By comparing and analyzing Ye Shi-wen＇ s turning technical parameters in IM with some other female IM elites in the world, we obtained world-class female swimmers＇ technical characteristic during the turn as well as the development trend of turning on women ＇s IM. On the basis of summarization and analysis of this information, the research advises Ye Shi-wen how to optimize and improve turning technique in training.
