新规则下我国男子拳击小级别运动员2016年奥运会备战研究

Study on Chinese Lightweight Male Boxers Preparating for 2016 Olympic Games under the New Rules

规则是项目发展的导向,2013年执行的新拳击竞赛规则在评分方式上发生了重大的改变,对拳击运动的发展产生了较大的影响。对拳击新规则变化的核心特征、规则变化前、后小级别运动员技、战术运用特征及备战措施进行了系统分析。结果显示,新规则使拳击回归了对抗的本质,规则改变的核心特征是对抗加强,提高了比赛的激烈程度;运动员出拳总次数、交手单元、组合拳的应用均出现了明显增加;单拳的应用、防守技术的应用、只防守未反击的应用都出现了明显的减少;新规则下我国拳击小级别运动员要想取得比赛的优势,就必须要加强进攻,提高出拳的频率,增强进攻的节奏和对抗能力,最大程度地去控制对手、控制场面,全面提高体能水平,以适应大强度对抗的需要。

Rules are the orientation for the development of the event .The new rules in 2013 for grading in boxing match have made great changes ,which makes effects on the development of boxing .This paper conducted a systematic analysis on core characteristics of new rules ,the tac‐tics and the strategies of lightweight boxers adopted before and after rules and Olympic prepa‐ration strategy .The results show that the new rules make boxing to return to its essence as a competitive sport .The core characteristics of the changes lie in the strengthening of rivalry and intensifying of the competition .There’ re remarkable increases in the number of punches ,a‐gainst the times ,and combination of punches ;there’ re also decreases in the number of single punches ,defense tactics ,and the cases of defense without countering back .For lightweight boxers who want to have good performances in the match ,they must reinforce their attack and improve the frequency of the punches ;besides ,they should also increase their speed of attac‐king ,and improve their rival ability .Moreover ,they should try to control their opponent and the match ,improve their physical ability to satisfy the need for intensive rivalry .
