李妮娜膝关节前十字韧带重建术后康复性体能训练的研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、测试和实验等方法对李妮娜膝关节前十字韧带重建术后15~32周进行了个性化康复性体能训练,根据她的实际情况和参赛要求制定了两个大阶段的康复性体能训练目标,实施了有针对性和实效性的康复性体能训练任务和训练方案。研究结果表明,通过术后15~32周康复性体能训练,使李妮娜完全康复并重返训练场,并在赛季中取得了优异成绩。术后33周,膝关节左、右侧最大屈伸力矩都有明显增长,伤侧膝关节屈伸最大力矩增长显著,屈伸最大力矩比值更趋于合理;术后37周,15项体能测试指标中11项达到伤前最好成绩,1项超过伤前最好成绩,3项接近伤前最好成绩,双腿对称度达到了98%,专项运动能力和身体机能达到了专项技术训练和比赛的要求。 Through using the method of literature review ,expert interview ,test and experiment , this paper makes individualized rehabilitation physical training of 15 to 33 weeks after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction ,according to her actual situation and entry requirements ,sets out two large phase of rehabilitation physical training target ,implements the pertinence and ef‐fectiveness of rehabilitation physical training tasks and training plan .The results show that the 15 to 32 weeks’ postoperative rehabilitation physical training makes LI Ni‐na full recovery and return to training ,and achieves excellent results in the season .33 weeks after knee joint left and right side have obvious grow th ,biggest extensor hurt maximum lateral knee flexion and extension torque increase significantly ,flexion and the most strong torque ratio tend to be more reasonable ;37 weeks after fitness test index of 11 to 15 injured before the best ,best before more than one injury ,3 items close to the best ,before injury legs symmetry degree reached 98% ,special athletic ability and body function has reached the requirement of special technical training and competition .
