摘要
目的观察急性化脓性扁桃体炎的儿童使用医用臭氧盐水含漱后的临床疗效。方法将81例确诊急性化脓性扁桃体炎的患儿,随机分为治疗组41例和对照组40例。治疗组予医用臭氧盐水含漱,对照组予生理盐水含漱,两组均联合口服阿莫西林颗粒治疗,并记录患儿治疗前后第1、3天扁桃体肿大程度和白细胞计数、超敏C反应蛋白数值的变化。结果治疗组扁桃体较对照组消肿更快,而且白细胞计数和超敏C反应蛋白数值也较对照组下降更多。结论医用臭氧盐水含漱治疗儿童化脓性扁桃体炎疗效确切,有助于患儿病情恢复。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of medical ozone brine on acute suppurative tonsillitis in children. Methods 81 children with acute suppurative tonsillitis were randomly divided into two groups, with 41 cases in treatment group and 40 cases in control group. The children in the treatment group were managed with medical ozone brine gargling and oral treatment of Amoxicillin Granules, and the children in the control group were treated with normal saline and oral treatment of Amoxicillin Granules, then the following changes including the degree of tonsil swelling, the number of white blood cells as well as the number of high sensitivity C reactive proteins were recorded and compared before the treatment and at 1 d and 3 d after the treatment. Results Compared with the control group, the swelling of tonsils in the treatment group was much faster, and the number of white blood cells and high - sensitivity C - reactive proteins were reduced much faster. Conclusion Medical ozone brine has an evident effect on the treatment of pediatric suppurative tonsillitis and may facilitate the recovery.
