银离子敷料联合水凝胶治疗糖尿病足的效果观察

CURATIVE EFFECT OF SILVER IONS DRESSING COMBINED WITH HYDROGEL ON DIABETIC FOOT

目的探讨银离子敷料联合水凝胶治疗糖尿病足的临床治疗效果。方法选择2012年1月~2014年1月期间收治的66例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组各33例,对照组给予传统敷料换药治疗,治疗组给予银离子敷料联合水凝胶治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果。结果治疗组完全治愈率及基本治愈率均显著高于对照组,清创时间显著长于对照组,肉芽组织生长时间与上皮形成时间显著短于对照组,治疗7 d后细菌培养阳性率显著低于对照组,两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。结论在治疗糖尿病足上,相比于传统的敷料换药治疗,采用银离子敷料联合水凝胶治疗能够取得更好的治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of silver ions dressing combined with hydrogel on diabetic foot. Methods 66 patients with diabetic foot admitted in our hospital during January 2012 and January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 33 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional dressing therapy,and the treatment group was given silver ions dressing combined with hydrogel treatment. The curative effects of both groups were then compared. Results The complete cure rate and cure rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the time of debridement was longer than that in the control group,the growth of granulation tissue and epithelium time formation time was significantly shorter than that in the control group after treatment for 7d,the positive rate of bacteria was significantly lower than the control group. There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment. Conclusion In the treatment of diabetic foot,silver ions dressing combined with hydrogel treatment has better curative effect compared to traditional ones.
