摘要
笔者分析了电子结构化病历信息模型中如何用标准结构化表达叙述性内容,上述两者的相关性,并基于标准结构化表达叙述性内容方法提出一种兼容标准术语的结构化病历数据录入方法,对新型记录方法电子病历的结构化数据录入分析进行探讨研究,为临床应用提供理论依据。
The author analyzed how toelaborate narrative contents using structured standard with electronically structured medical record information model and the relation of the two. Astructured medical record data entry way was worked outcompatible with standard terminology based on ways of expressing narrative contents using structured standard. It provided a theoretical basis for clinical use.
