摘要
目的回顾性调查我院老年住院患者潜在性不适当用药情况。方法以比尔斯(Beers)标准(2012年版)为依据,对我院320例65岁以上老年住院患者的用药潜在风险进行评价,确定其潜在性不适当用药的发生率。结果 320例老年住院患者平均年龄73.4岁,平均用药8种,43例(13.6%)存在与药物相关的潜在性不适当用药,28例(8.7%)存在与疾病或状态相关的潜在性不适当用药。结论我院老年住院患者潜在性不适当用药情况较严重,应采取多种措施预防其不合理用药。
Objective To retrospect survey of elderly patients potentially inappropriate medication among inpatients. Methods With Beers standard of judgment（ 2012 Edition） as the basis of our hospital,320 patients over65 years old hospitalized patients with potential risk of drug evaluation were to determine the prevalence of potentially inappropriate medication. Results 320 cases of elderly hospitalized patients with an average age of 73. 4 years old,the average drug 8,43 cases（ 13. 6%） of potential drug- related inappropriate medication,28 cases（ 8. 7%） of potential associated with the disease or condition is not appropriate medication. Conclusion Elderly hospitalized patients potentially inappropriate medication is serious,and we should take various measures to prevent the irrational drug use.
