中文版标准Greene更年期量表的信度和效度评价

Reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the standard Greene Climacteric Scale

目的：初步评价标准 Greene 更年期量表中文版的信度和效度。方法采取方便取样法,选取230例就诊的40~60岁女性为研究对象,以标准 Greene 更年期量表（GCS）和更年期量表（MRS）为工具,由受试者进行 GCS 和 MRS 自我测评,分析 GCS 内部一致性及与 MRS 的相关性。1周后随机抽取其中104例受试者进行 GCS 重测,检验 GCS 的信度。采用探索性因素分析方法,对GCS 各维度进行结构效度分析。结果 GCS 量表的 Cronbach′s α系数为0.95,重测信度为0.94,P〈0.01。全部条目的平均内容效度为0.90。中文版 GCS 与 MRS 各因子的 Pearson 相关系数为0.35~0.77,P〈0.01。结论标准 Greene 更年期量表信度和效度良好,可作为早期更年期症状的筛查工具。

Objective To translate the standard Greene Climacteric Scale （GCS）and evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods Totally 230 female volunteers aged 40 ~ 60 were selected by using the convenience sampling.They were assessed by using the Chinese version of GCS （C-GCS） and MRS （Menopause Rating Scale）.The internal consistency of C-GCS and its correlation with MRS were tested.One week later,104 were chosen among the above volunteers and tested again by using C-GCS to test its test-retest reliability.The exploratory factor analysis was conducted to analyze the structural validity of all dimensions.Result The Cronbach＆#39;s alpha coefficient for the C-GCS is 0.95,while its test-retest reliability is 0.94 （P〈0.01 ）.The average content validity index is 0.90.The Pearson＇s correlation coefficient of the C-GCS and MRS factors arranges between 0.35 and 0.77 （P〈0.01）.Conclusion It suggests that the Chinese version of the Standard Greene Climacteric Scale （GCS）has good reliability and validity,and can be used as early climacteric symptoms screening tool.
