腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌手术近期疗效观察

Curative effect of laparoscopic and open colorectal cancer operation

目的分析对比利用腹腔镜和开腹手术治疗直肠癌的疗效。方法回顾性分析2010年1月-2013年12月我院治疗的直肠癌患者的临床资料,其中腹腔镜手术50例(腹腔镜组),开腹手术50例(开腹组),比较两组患者术后短期疗效。结果观察组手术时间明显长于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,消化道恢复时间和术后住院天数明显短于对照组,均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组淋巴结清除数目、保肛例数差异无统计学意义。结论腹腔镜治疗直肠癌手术短期疗效优于传统治疗方式。

Objective： To make comparative analysis of the efficacy of laparoscopic and traditional operation on rectal cancer. Methods： The patients with rectal cancer 100 in our Hospital were investigated from January 2013 to December 2013. Patients aged from 28 - 78, at the average age of 54 years, of which 54 cases were male patients, and 46 cases were female patients. The 100 patients with rectal cancer were randomly divided into the observation group （laparoscopic） and control group （ open）, and the two groups were compared. Results ： Operation time of the observation group was lon- ger, had less bleeding and the digestive recovery time and hospitalization days were shorter than that of the control group, and had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The operation effect is better than that of the traditional laparo- scopic treatment for rectal cancer, which is worth clinical application.
