百里醌对肺癌放疗的影响及其机制

摘要 随着肺癌治疗手段的进步,肺癌患者的存活时间已大大延长,但仍不能有效解决肺癌复发与转移所导致的患者死亡。目前放疗作为肺癌的主要治疗方法之一,在肺癌的治疗中发挥了重要作用。但研究显示放疗可改变肿瘤微环境,使细胞的增殖和侵袭能力增强[1,2],而肿瘤细胞迁移能力的提高很可能导致肿瘤更易发生转移,给肺癌的放疗带来了严峻挑战。
