增强CT与超声造影诊断肝脏不典型增生结节的对比研究 被引量：5

摘要 肝脏不典型增生结节（hepatic dysplastic nodule,HDN）是指在组织结构及细胞（细胞核、细胞质）上存在异型性,具有高分化肝细胞癌的特征,但未达到肝细胞癌的诊断标准的结节,目前普遍认为HDN为肝硬化再生结节与肝细胞癌的过度状态,属于癌前病变[1]。
