社会工作方法在慈善实务中的应用

The Application of Social Work to Improving Charity Practice

慈善实务是慈善公益精神在慈善工作者具体参与救助活动的实现过程,社会工作是在成熟的理论体系和科学的实务技巧指导下的助人活动。在抽象的价值取向上,专业的社会工作者和慈善实务工作者有着相似的价值追求;在具体的实务过程中,专业的社会工作者和慈善实务工作者会出现角色的重合。在慈善实务理论尚不完善的今天,二者在理论上可以相互借鉴,在实践中能够相辅相成。运用社会工作的专业方法可以推动慈善工作专业化和职业化,提高扶危济困的效率,也使其更加规范化。

Abstract：Charity practice is the process of realizing the spirit of charity through the aid and participation of charity workers. Social work is a helpful activity under the guidance of mature theoretical system and scientific practical skills. In terms of abstract value orientation, professional social workers and charity workers have similar value pursuit; in terms of concrete practice process, the professional social workers and charity workers will co-assume the overlapping role. Today, insofar as the theory of charity practice is not perfect, the two can learn from each other in theory and complement each other in practice. Using the professional method of social work can promote specialization and professionalization in charity work, improve the efficiency of supporting the poverty-stricken and rescuing the serisously injured, and make it more standardized.
