摘要
数字化控制系统相对于传统的模拟控制系统发生了很大的变化。数字化控制系统中,操作员的主要任务由原来的操作任务变成了认知任务,且认知负荷增大,硬控制变成了软控制,人机界面内容更丰富且灵活,纸规程变成了电子规程等。这篇文章通过人机交互复杂性的关键因子,即操作员因素、任务因素、以及人机界面因素,分析了它们对人因失误的影响,并提出了一系列策略来培养操作员,设计人机界面和完成任务。
According to the site investigation and video observation, digital control system relative to the traditional analog control sys- tem, great changes have occurred. The main task of the operator danged the original digital control system operation tasks into a cognitive task, and the cognitive load increases, hard control becomes soft crntrol, HMI becomes richer and mone flexible, paper procedures turns into electronic regulations, etc. Through interactive complexity of key factors, namely the operator of factors, task factors, human-ma- chine interface factor, this paper analyzed their impact on human error, and proposed a series of strategies to train operators, well-design man-machine interface and complete the task .
