摘要
磁耦合谐振式无线电能传输具有传输距离远、效率大、功率高等特点,还能穿透障碍物传输,该技术的研究对于无线充电技术的发展具有重要意义。文章设计制作的磁耦合谐振式电能传输模块以SG3525芯片产生PWM控制的高频功率源,经物理上隔开的发射线圈与接收线圈实现无线能量的传输,接收电路再经整流和滤波,实现了DC-DC的无线电能传输。经测试,SG3525供电电压为15V且发射线圈与接收线圈间距为10厘米时,输出功率约为4W,传输效率约为46%;线圈间距最大为50cm时,仍可点亮LED灯。
Magnetic coupled resonant wireless power transmission has the characteristics of high transmission distance, high efficiency, high power, and can penetrate the barrier. The research on the development of wireless charging technology is of great significance. In this paper, a magnetic coupling resonant electric energy transmission module is designed to produce a high frequency power source with SG3525 control, which is transmitted by the transmitting coil and receiving coil which is physically separated from the receiving coil, and the receiving circuit is then rectified and filtered by DC-DC. The test, SG3525 power supply voltage of 15V and the transmission coil and receiving coil spacing of 10 cm, the output power is about 4W, the transmission efficiency of about 46%; the maximum coil spacing of 50 cm, can still light LED lamp.
