摘要
应急物流区别于普通物流配送,配送时间比成本更为重要,文章根据应急物流节点需求动态变化的特点,以二阶段建模方法构建了动态配送模型:包括移动配送中心选址与二阶段配送线路规划,并且通过实例对构建的模型进行了验证。
Emergency logistics differs from the ordinary logistics, delivery time is more important than the cost, this paper according to the emergency needs of logistics nodes dynamic characteristics, and a two-stage modeling approach is used to build dynamic distribution model: including mobile distribution center location with two stages delivery route planning, and the model is validated by way of example.
