数字环境下的参考图书馆服务研究

参考图书馆是图书馆的一种,其在出版中扮演着重要的角色,它可直接提供参考,寻找或验证基本事实;也可找到某人、地点、事件、时期或其它问题的语境方面的关系。前者的完成需要有适当的单源;后者的完成需要有精选的来源不同的参考资源,如字典、百科全书、地图、目录和传记词典。但参考图书馆服务尚未有效过渡到数字图书馆环境。研究的重点是使参考馆员有足够的权利。另外,强调有必要赋予图书馆用户一定的权利、重视书目的在线访问和给出更全面的看法。

Reference library plays an important role in the print environment, and it has two purposes at least： First, it is the direct preparation for reference to find or verify the basic facts; The second is to find the relationship between a person, place, event, period, or the context of other problem. For the first task, the proper single resource is needed; For the second task, the selected different sources of reference resources, such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, maps, directories, and biographical dictionaries, are needed. Reference library service has not been an effective transition to the digital library environment. Research is focused on the reference librarians having enough rights. In addition, it is necessary to give certain rights for library users, refocus bibliographic access and give a more comprehensive view.
