Analysis on the Ideological Status of Young Cadres in the New Period

了解新时期青年干部的真实思想状况,对进一步有针对性地做好干部培养工作,建设高素质的党政领导干部队伍具有重要的现实意义。本文采取匿名方式,随机选取部分青年干部进行了一次问卷调查,就他们对世界观、人生观、价值观和权力观的认识,对影响个人成长的主、客观因素以及对提高自身理论水平和工作能力的认识等方面进行了调查。

To learn about the real ideological status of young cadres in the period is of important realistic significance for the further targeted implementation of cadre training work and the construction of a high-quality Party and government leader and cadre team. Through anonymous questionnaire survey, this paper randomly selected some young cadres to investigate their understanding of the outlooks on world, life, values and power, their understanding of the subjective and objective factors affecting their individual growth, as well as their understanding of the improvement of personal theoretical level and working ability.
